Ürün Tahsisat (Allocation)
Nebim V3 Ürün Tahsisat (Allocation) kuralları ile ürünlerinizin doğru zamanda ve miktarda mağazalarınıza sevkiyatını yapabilirsiniz. Programda default yer alan sabit Nebim V3 Ürün Tahsisat (Allocation) kuralları dışında firmanıza göre belirlenen özel kuralların eklenebileceği esnek bir yapı mevcuttur. Bu sayede firmaya özel ürün tahsisat kuralları belirlenebilir ve bu kurallara göre otomatik dağıtımlar gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
Tahsisatın yapılacağı mağazaların ve bu mağazaların hangi sırada ürün alacağıyla ilgili önceliklerin belirlendiği sınırsız sayıda “Kanal Şablonu” tanımlayabilirsiniz. Bu sayede her bir tahsisat kuralınıza göre farklı önceliklerde farklı dağıtım emirleri verebilirsiniz. Ürün tahsisat işlemlerinizi hem toptan satış hem de perakende satış noktalarınız için farklı kurallar ve öncelikler belirleyerek gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
Belirlenen kurallar ile tahsisatın hangi depodan yapılacağını, gelecek siparişler, önceden sevkiyat bildirimi (ASN) fişleri, verilen sipariş kalanı, alış irsaliyesi ya da faturası, seçilen dağıtım depolarındaki kullanılabilir envanter gibi hangi kaynak baz alınarak tahsisatın yapılacağını belirleyebilirsiniz.
Firmaya özel tanımlanan kurallara göre oluşan tahsisat fişleri onaylandıktan sonra, otomatik olarak tahsisata göre rezervasyon fişleri oluşturabilirsiniz. Belirlenen tahsisat kurallarının sistem tarafından periyodik olarak çalışmasını da sağlayarak hangi ürünün hangi öncelikte, hangi mağazaya ne kadar gönderileceğini, otomatik oluşan tahsisat fişleriyle hazırlayabilirsiniz.
Product Replenishment
With Nebim V3 Product Replenishment rules, you can ship your products to your stores at the right time and in the right quantity and ensure that there are sufficient products in your stores. In addition to the fixed Nebim V3 Product Transfer Replenishment rules that are included in the program by default, there is a flexible structure where special rules determined according to your company can be added. In this way, different product replenishment rules can be determined for your company-specific wholesale and retail sales points and you can perform automatic product transfers according to these rules. You can determine the minimum and maximum quantities of products that must be in the store, and you can automatically check the sales history data and distribute products according to the product replenishment rules you have selected.
Inter-Store Transfer (Re-Distribution)
Apart from the fixed Nebim V3 Inter-Store Transfer rules in the program, you can periodically perform your inter-store transfer transactions according to special rules determined by your company. You can perform automatic transfer transactions from stores with low stock turnover to stores with high stock turnover by looking at the sales performance of products between stores. By automatically running your inter-store transfer rules in selected periods, you can ensure that inter-store transfer orders are created with the approval of the created transfer slips.
