Product Selection
You can introduce your products to your customers by reaching them through the platform of your choice, such as phone calls, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or social media channels.
Your sales consultant can save the products that the customer likes/chooses as an Advance Sales Order via Nebim V3 POS.
Order
Remote sales transaction is initiated with Nebim V3 POS – Cash Sales Order. Sales transactions are recorded as Remote Sales and e-Archive visuals and reporting can be done. All active campaigns and customer special discounts that work with SMS verification can be applied. Delivery method such as cargo or store pick-up can be selected. Order amount and details are sent to the customer as SMS with the Send SMS for Remote Sales button on the order payment screen. The customer completes the sale by clicking on the link sent to him/her via SMS and making the payment transactions from his/her mobile device.
Sales
The customer can pay for the order from their mobile device by clicking on the link sent to them via SMS. Before payment, they can review the details such as order information, product, price, discount, applied campaign, invoice address, delivery address, etc. regarding their order from their mobile device. They can view the distance sales contract. The distance sales contract, which is confirmed to have been read, is stored with the order details.
Payment
After the checks, the customer reaches the payment selection section by pressing the Make Payment button. The order amount can be paid via Virtual POS with BulutTahsilat services using a Credit Card or Money Order method. After the payment is approved, the Order Summary can be saved. In order for the invoice and delivery process of the approved sale to begin, an information e-mail is sent to the stores where the delivery will be made.
Invoice
Orders that have been completed with remote sales and paid for can be invoiced collectively via Nebim V3 Store or individually via Nebim V3 POS. Invoicing can be done according to delivery location. Products in the order can also be invoiced at different times. Orders that have been paid for or have not yet been paid for due to cancellation can be canceled. Products in the order can be added, removed, returned and exchanged.
Shipping and Delivery
Product delivery can be made from the store or by cargo, depending on the customer's choice. In addition to the cargo companies that Nebim V3 is integrated with, integration can also be made with different cargo companies that are working. Barcoded labels for deliveries to be made by cargo can be created and printed in Nebim V3. All cargo processes can be tracked instantly with the Nebim V3 Cargo Tracking application, individually or collectively. In order for the customer to track the cargo, cargo tracking information can be sent to the customer via SMS.
