The Data Warehouse includes a database and analysis cubes that are designed differently from the operational database of the ERP and optimized for queries for easy reporting and analysis of data in the ERP.
There are V3, Payables and Receivables, Cost Centers, Human Resources, Payments, Accounting and Installment Sales cubes that make it easier to use the Data Warehouse and allow you to perform multi-dimensional queries on the data.
With the Perspective feature in the Data Warehouse Browser, you can simplify and design the area where the values and dimensions are located in a way that will analyze the data that interests you. For example: Sales, inventory values, location, product, date dimensions, etc. You can understand whether the fields added to the row and column in the reports are filtered or not. You can see the details of the filters in the report you have prepared. You can focus on the row and column values of that cell by double-clicking on any cell in the report.
You can add new values to the perspective menus you create. You can change the places of values and dimensions in the menu and design the menu as you wish. With the previous and next buttons added to the Data Warehouse browser, you can take the steps forward and back.
You can perform reporting without affecting the performance of the operational database in ERP and without slowing down your business operations. You can access the Data Warehouse from many different reporting tools and platforms such as Reporting Services and Excel.
With support for two different languages other than Turkish, you can prepare reports based on product, product description, product features and hierarchies, retail customer, wholesale customer, supplier and store features.
With Delta Update, only the records that have changed in ERP since the previous update are transferred to the Data Warehouse at any time. For example; if your company has three years of historical data and only data changes are made for the last five months, with Delta Update, you can transfer only the data that has changed in the last five months. In this way, you also have the opportunity to shorten the cubing time.
Business Intelligence
With Nebim V3 Business Intelligence, you can perform your analyses such as store, product, purchasing, production, finance, CRM, HR, etc. with flexible filtering and high query speed in seconds, with ready-made Dashboards and reports specific to retail.
Ready Reports and Dashboards:
You can use a "ready-to-use" mobile business intelligence solution that runs on the Power BI Pro software infrastructure offered by Nebim within the scope of its direct (Tier 1) Cloud Services Provider (CSP) agreement with Microsoft, with ready-made reports and graphics and Dashboards that include formulas specific to the retail sector, developed by adding sectoral experience, and where you can quickly report and analyze the data in your Nebim V3, after a short adaptation project that will only take days, and put it into live use.
Budget/Target Comparison Reports and Trend Analysis:
You can compare the values in your Nebim V3 ERP with data from different periods such as past years, seasons, months, weeks.
You can compare your realized values with the monthly or weekly sales budget, margin or discount targets that you will set in Nebim V3 ERP and/or Nebim V3 Merchandise Planning applications and easily identify stores, sales channels or products that are lagging behind in terms of targets and find the opportunity to take action in a timely manner.
Practical Data Analysis with Dashboards Including Charts and Maps:
By using visual features such as best/worst ranking visuals, trend charts and comparative bar charts, or by utilizing methods such as Pareto analysis, you can easily distinguish your most successful stores, product categories or products from others based on values such as turnover, quantity and gross margin.
Ability of Users to Perform Their Own Data Analysis Without Support from IT and with High Query Speed:
You can query the data in your Nebim V3 with the flexibility you want by using filters such as year, month, week, day, 4-5-4 Merchandising calendar, sales channel, region, office, store, warehouse, product categories, supplier, customer in dashboards and reports, and by taking advantage of the hierarchical filtering features offered by the solution.
Detailed Determination of Who Can Access Which Data Thanks to Flexible Authorization:
You can make available both the ready-made Dashboards and reports offered by Nebim V3 Business Intelligence, and your own Dashboards that you can develop specifically for your company, available to different departments and users. You can determine which users can access which Dashboards and reports by performing authorization based on the user details in your Active Directory.
